Wow one whole week of keeping myself financially accountable!!! Do you think I overspent that week.. or underspent? 💰🇯🇵 (Alsoooo I just came back from Europe & I now realise how cheap Japan is hahaha)

PS - for anyone whose enjoying some math calculations (I know some of you are 😉)... when I did the totals for each day/entire week I didn't include individual home-cooked meal costs since they were already added in during the grocery haul bit!

Your videos make me miss living in Tokyo! OK Supermarket was my go-to spot for cheap and delicious food. Love their variety of ready-to-eat options like bentos, pizza, sushi, yakitori, and menchi katsu 😋

I always buy the hot Golden Curry and cook that with potatos, carrot and onion and have it with the boneless fried chicken you can buy from the freezer section and rice 😋 Thanks for another fun video Sarah 🧡

It's hard for me to say if you spend too much or not, because obviously it depends on your other expanses and your income. That being said, you seem to be spending responsibly without too much restrain, which is healthy in my opinion~ Always a pleasure watching your videos!

Loved this video and I miss Japan sooo much! I prioritise spending on food and travelling. I save and invest 55% of my net income so I think I have a healthy balance

Great to see how much people spend living in Tokyo, I'll be moving in a few months so it's super helpful with planning a budget 😅

Practically lived on those Luup bikes whilst I was in Tokyo last year. Early morning rides in the sun and late night cruises were great, and for a big city Tokyo is surprisingly ok to ride in. For anyone going I can highly recommend it, but also heads up that the bikes are way better than the scooters

On the one hand, jealous: it must be amazing living in Japan with so many awesome places to visit with so many cute dogs. On the other hand: Germany isn't so bad.
