How to navigate through your Reolink Client? In this video, we’ll give you an overview of the Reolink Client to help you make better use of it.

Designed for PC, whether it’s on a Windows or Mac system, the Reolink Client is as handy as the phone app. And on the Client, you can see bigger details when checking the multi-channel live view and playing back recordings. Smart playback helps you find the clips you need faster by date and detection type.

Reolink Client also allows you to customize the camera features. To reduce unnecessary alarms, you can set the detection sensitivity and zones; to protect your privacy, you can set privacy zones; to adjust when the camera sends alerts and emails and records videos, you can set schedules for them.

For some advanced settings like FTP server, DDNS, NTP, etc., you can also set it on the Client according to your needs.

@ 1:58 You mentioned date and time or person. Where are the clips when you go to play go to playback? Are they just disabled? I don't see any video clips on the side here when I go to view people only. Thx

I love your products: the fact that you can use my cameras without any subscribtion locally is amazing!!!
Also i had an issue with a camera and the warranty was perfect. I've suggested your system to my other friends 🤗.
Still one issue is that there is no way to export a specific time with all 3 cameras together and zoom is not that user friendly on web and pc client, but Anyway it is perfect. Hope you'll add this feature.

Great video but I do have a question. I have an MVR at my house but then also at another building and want to be able to view both MVR’s on one app is that possible?

My playback is in the 24 hour format even though all my settings for time are in the 12 hour format. How can I change this?

Are you going to add a function to add and remove a camera from a connected nvr rather than having to do this at the nvr? Mine is in the loft hence the reason for asking. Thanks

so with Reolink to watch and download videos on your desktop you still need a SD card in the doorbell? (And guessing you will need a very large SD card as it will auto delete older footage?)

Ha - thanks for this. I looked everywhere (almost) to try to get the camera to record people walking by. I never looked in "Alarm Settings" until I saw your video. Finally managed to fix that.

Hello, have problems with the reolink client program at my mac computer. at all smart devices and windows client program works well with all cameras. the mac client cant connect with the E1 Outdoor Pro (login failed). have 2 of this. only at the mac runs the Argus 2E well. Do you have some solutions for me?

On my system I have 4 cameras. They all show up as camera 1 . I dont see any way to rename them. When I access the cameras on my tv I see 8 camera boxes but I only have 4, why can I see blank cameras that arent even connected? When I connect on the phone app I see all 4 cameras but cant select any 1 camera to see full screen on the phone. The apps aren't very intuitive. Thanks for any help.

Push notifications don't work in the desktop client? I noticed he skipped that over and I read in a Reolink forum that it doesn't work in desktop.

Fantastic video. I just purchased my Reolink cameras and this helped me set up the PC Reolink client. I have a question though. How do I log out of the client?

In a smartphone's ReoLink App, we do not need to be in the same network to view the camera. This Reolink Client needs you to be in the same network. My PoE network is 90Mbps and my other WiFi is 300+Mbps. My PC uses the other WiFi network instead of the PoE's. Each time I want to use the Reolink Client, I have to change the WiFi that is used by the PoE. It is not convenient. Is there an App for Windows or Chromebook that is like the ReoLink App on a smartphone (does not have to be in the same network)?

4:10 - I only have the UID for my NVR on my RLK16-820D8-A, and not the individual cameras (UID and QR were not present on any of the 820A cameras). Was the lack of UID on the software the result of my improperly setting up my system (just got it installed today and it has the latest firmware). I added the cameras automatically as the "Scan Device in LAN" only revealed the NVR and not the cameras. Scan for additional cameras was attempted on NVR and the PC app. The cameras are positioned in a drop down menu underneath the NVR.

Possibly related, but the only IP address that my network can find is the NVR which is the 192 IP. The camera's IP starts with 172 (visible on the monitor I have connected to NVR) and Blue Iris doesn't seem to like that I don't have 192 IPs for each camera. Thanks for all that you do.

Hi there. I see all your cameras have a nive smooth OSD font, as opposed to the crappy old-school I see in every other video.
How can I change the OSD font?

when im adding wifi cam on PC client of Reolink - i must be on the same local area connection or there is no need to be in this way. When im adding the uid of the wifi camera from distatnce - there is an errorr which tell me to check my network connection or uid of the camera? Can u help me, please? How many nummbers there is on the uid?
