This doesn't help any. I have the reolink app and at home I can view it just fine while using the wifi. At work I cannot it says device disconnected. When I get back home and back on the wifi I can see the cameras again.
So why isn't it working if all I gotnto do is get the app?

HI, i have an NVR system and it works fine, and another camera on a different wifi network in a different location, i can only view this camera when i am connected to that wifi network when i would like to view it at the nvr location, is there a fix, please.

I can't add the camera to my app using the UID number. It says "Connection Failed" Please make sure your device is powered on and connected to a stable network before retry. The cameras are already set up and running. I'm looking at the feed real time, sitting in the same office with the set up. In the camera software, there is no place to select enable UID.

Is there a fix? I am not able to access any cameras remotely unless I am using my home wifi. Once I am out of home range and on a 4G or 5G network, the Reolink App doesn't produce images. I can access the settings menu on the app and even make changes in settings, but there is no image from any of the cameras.

My cameras are connected to the NVR; the NVR is connected to the wifi router; and the phone app recognizes the cameras, so I'm not sure why I'm having an issue. I have the same problem when I try to use a web browser.

Reolink's support articles say to upload the UID of every single camera (maybe for porting?) but neither the app or the NVR provide me with any camera UID. I'm bummed - this means no access to images if I am traveling in another state.

Quick question, I have connected cameras/nvr up to router and got a live view after entering the uid and everything works fine. However when I swap to data usage or another wifi say at my friends house I don't get and feed and it can't connect? I want to be able to view it when I'm not home as if it only allows me to view it while I'm connected to home wifi then what is the point?

After you finish connecting the cameras to the app - Do you need to keep your nvr connected to the router all the time in order to keep seeing your cameras through the app?

Can I access my battery powered Argus 3 Pro from outside my network? All your articles say its not possible, but it seems to defeat its purpose without this ?

Siren on argus3 to quite.Voice for speaker poor.only 1 x access to cloud in 7 days.cant find where you hide this feature.is it a auto rolling of 7 days or is it just encumbered enough to force the subscription plan.

can you link or create a video on setting up your router to view your NVR remotely say from a work pc etc...i understand about simply going to your IP address but that is not working in my case and I have a feeling it may be a port forwarding issue? im running a mesh network if that makes any difference... thank you in advance

I have set up the camera but when I open the app on another wifi location when I’m out, do I have to reset wifi connection for the app? I’m worried this will disconnect the camera from the other wifi when left on also. Thank you

hi i bought 2 reolink pro 3 for my 2 properties . one is already up and running . can i add the 2nd camera in the 2nd property with different wifi using the same account?

Hello, when i see my nvr via web browser i can see only 1 camera on my screen, if i want see the others i have to choice the other channels. Why ther is no option to use multiscreen also on web browser ?

did i hear him right, u can view the cameras without wifi/internet? & does that include the Argus 2 cuz i like those cameras. i'd like 2 put cameras up at our farm but we dont have wifi/internet. i dont live there so i cant see whats going on there..
