I think niacinamide does make My skin look less Textured. Using 10% niacinamide mosturizer every morning on top of vit c.

I’ve found that niacinimide is too strong to use on my sensitive skin every day, let alone twice a day. Just be careful if you have sensitive skin. Check formula and usage recommendations before you buy. You also probably shouldn’t be exfoliating daily either. I only use my Paula’s choice exfoliant once every two or three days.

Everyone has textured skin. ALL skin is textured. Some people's skin is more textured than others, or some people have bigger pores, and that is completely normal. There is nothing wrong with you or your skin, and it is not something to hate or be ashamed of. You can't get rid of skin texture. People on social media who look like they have perfect skin? That's not real. They use the power of editing, good lighting, and filters to make their skin look perfect. Don't ever let anyone let you feel ashamed of your skin. You are beautiful just as you are, and I know that sometimes that can be hard to believe, i really do. But if you are struggling with self love, I really hope it gets better. Social media can be so damaging and toxic, seeing unrealistic beauty standards such as clear, smooth skin with no texture when really it's just filters and editing.

I love Paula’s choice bha.
But I have noticed the daily pote refining bha works better than the black bottle, for me.
Well, I should say, the black bottle is great at cleaning everything out. But the blue bottle helps flatten the skin between the pores so everything looks smooth again.

Sunday Riley good genes has SAVED MY SKIN. It makes my skin look tight. No pores. Glow. And stops any breakouts. If I use it once a day with an old. Like the elf cannibis oil and a moisturizer I’m set. And a cleaner like Bleif or the COSRX snail mucin cleanser and mucin.

But pores can’t be reduced, right? They can be cleaned and their appearance might seem smaller with certain products but they can’t actually be reduced?

I've heard from many derms that it is physically impossible to minimise pores. Maybe through a lot of exfoliation and acidic peels you can regrow some skin, but not sure that this will make much of a difference

I can swear by niacinamide and glycolic acid, I also throw retinol and collagen in my skincare as well it didn’t get rid of texture issues completely(No amount of skincare will) but it definitely smoothed out my skin.

Using Thanaka paste (thin application) from Burma/Myanmar is the cheapest option & also has natural SPF.

Please use 5% Niacinamide if you’re just starting. The 10% Niacinamide from The Ordinary might be so popular and common, but it’s too strong
