Kids love chocolate bars so why not make them at home with healthier ingredients! These bars are perfect to fuel kids after playing sports as they are high protein & energy. And they are packed with the goodness of amaranth, quinoa, peanut butter & dark chocolate

Method:

🍫Start by taking 4 - 5 tbsp Amaranth seeds in a pan (Add 1 tbsp at a time) and roast them till they begin to pop. Keep aside.
🍫Now take 4-5 tbsp Quinoa (Add 1 tbsp at a time) and roast it till it begins to pop
🍫You will get around 1 - 1 1/2 cup of both the grains after popping
🍫Melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate, add 1 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil, 2-3 tbsp peanut butter and mix well
🍫Combine the dark chocolate mix with the grain mix
🍫Transfer on to a lined tray and refrigerate. (Store it in the fridge)
