Or maybe you're afraid of her new fashion choice or you don't want her to become a new person because maybe she'd wise up and get rid of you or you're jealous because she's trying something new and you're stuck in your idiot rut or God only knows what stupid jealous thoughts are going through your mind And so or maybe you actually don't like the new thing that she's bought and maybe it's not even that good And so you know that's probably unlikely because what makes you a fashion maven compared to your wife for example But you know so she tries something new which is her attempt to be a little more interesting than she already is And maybe that's a good thing because then you don't get bored with your wife And she tries this and she's not perfect at it So you kind of insult her either by not paying attention to it or by saying something rude And then that's it Like for the rest of her life she wears the clothes she bought in like 1975 And then you think oh my wife she's really let herself go And the answer is no she just turned into what you let her become
