Hey,
I’m Clark Shao and I just did that to show you that even with with my build and physique, I can still move my body to be functionable and flexible.
There are a couple exercises that I do once a week to maintain my flexibility and mobility and I’m going to share them with you today.
But before we get into that I want to tell you about when I went to the store with my buddy Mike Chang. I was there to pick up some razors but he stopped me and told me that he wanted to show me what he used.

2:10 Now let’s get to the workout.
Again, I do this once or twice a week to keep my functionality up and it consists of:
Jumping Lunges
Swimmers
Plyometric Push Ups
We’re going to do 10 reps of each exercise and go for 3 rounds. Now we all have our own ways of doing things, so I’m showing you how I do these, but please leave your comments below and let me know what you think or if you do anything differently.
Let’s get right to it!
Round 1:
2:47 Jumping Lunges
3:00 Plyo Push Ups
3:15 Swimmers
You can take a short rest and get a drink of water but don’t wait too long, keep that heart rate elevated and start the next round when you’re ready.
Round 2:
4:18 Jumping Lunges
4:32 Plyo Push Ups
4:44 Swimmers
Round 3:
5:30 Jumping Lunges
5:45 Plyo Push Ups
6:00 Swimmers
Alright guys, that was my once a week functional workout. Because you don’t just want to look good, you want to move well too!
