I just read the comments about your channel being down, and I'm so thankful it's back up! Whenever I have tons of anxiety I use your meditations to calm down and be able to get to sleep. The meditations help focus my thoughts versus having them stay on the thing I'm anxious about. I couldn't imagine going to Youtube and your channel not being here when big anxiety strikes in the evening. Seriously, your meditations have gotten me through some of the worst nights, so thank you for all that you do!
