Thank you ❤😊 I have been doing something like this... but i was told below the bellybutton to picture 285 frequency and a ball of energy going to any part of my body i would like to heal. Then focus on my heart and picture/feel 528hz filling up my body and around my body. Embracing the love and connecting to it. Then going to my third eye and picturjng 852hz and opening up to the universe... and here is where i manifest what i want in my life... what i want ro happen and feel it as it is already happening. Ive been focusing on opening up my third eye and connecting to my higher self. Which ive had an amazinf experience and heard i language ive never heard before- I'm trying to have that happen again. After being in 852... i bring myself back to 528 then 285 then picture the energy leaving out my feet... groundjng my body back to earth. Great meditation ❤🙏

Thank you so very much!!! I will continue to practice this. I’ve been wanting to connect with my guides etc and to receive clear guidance from them. I’ve also been trying to work on quieting my mind lol. I did realize though that when I was very young (which was long ago) I would do this practice naturally but as a kid I also had a few frightening experiences that caused me to shut down but I’ve always felt energies around me. OMG …I have to tell you that when i did this practice last night … i could not believe what was happening 🪽 i saw alot of small little bubbles floating above me that were white and black and then i said bring foreward ONLY white light in my highest good then my room turned like a frosty white cloud and my cat stood up and was looking straight above me staring into the air!!!! It was a scary and beautiful feeling all at the same time 🪽💗🪽thank you!!!
