Just to add that I'm 65 years old. I do practice almost everyday by hitting 150 balls of my matt at home. Never have I hit this well with no pain. When I played 3 days a week at a good course I was scratch. Still have the fever for golf!!!!

Hi Alex I’ve being doing this drill with the glove and definitely my strike is more consistent but I’ve noticed 1) I need to get more flexible! 2) unless the lower body starts the move it’s bad for strike! A question I have is even though I keep the glove there, sometimes my shoulders don’t fully open, does this mean the arms/hands are still abit too active?! I do 5 swings with the glove and 1 full shot without so that I don’t feel so restricted
