I like listening to this dr because he is calm. Each health gurus teach differently, we are confused. We need to go with how we feel after eating food. Anyway, there is no negative, sick images in dr Gundry's videos. That is positive traits to help us feel better.., comforted.

On Gundry diet for years not overweight at all, but experienced hypertension too often and stopped my car to walk around. One week on this diet and my problem was gone---- THANKS!!

I have been on Dr Gundry’s diet for a few years. I started slowly going on the diet and then doing the intermittent fasting. I got down to the weight my doctor wanted me at and the vast majority of my age spots that I have had since I was forty are gone. I just have a couple that are slowly fading. I have more energy than I have had in ages. So I am happy. I live in Portugal now so no problem in finding goat and sheep cheese, but I have found goat ghee I have not heard him talk about whether that would be alright to Dr Gundry if you or your staff see this is goat ghee all right to eat?

I have to begin saying that absolutely LOVE Dr Gundry! Please be careful swallowing a whole piece of garlic!

I toke a piece of garlic this morning and chocked badly. I was able to get most of it out after trying for like 35 minutes. I ended up going to urgent care because I was still in a lot of pain and feeling a piece stock in my throat still. They didn’t do much other than giving me a drink to numb it and back to the same pain. I can’t swallow or burp and now I’m at the ER! It’s very scary! Please be careful and crush it before taking it! Hopefully they can get the piece I still have stock out 😭

Hi Dr. Gundry, I purchased your book the plant paradox, and I’ve seen a lot of visible signs of better gut health and overall well-being. I am 91 and weigh 130 lbs am 5’ 8”. I have been on your diet for over a year now. It has lowered my blood pressure. My doctor had to cut back my perindopril, and my legs are only lightly swollen now…😊( I wear elastic stockings). My energy level has been very good till lately. I am beginning to experience speeding heart rate and skipping occurs also. A doctor friend suggests that because I hold too rigidly to your diet…sorghum bread, sweet potatoes, minced pasteurized chicken, millet, greens all varieties as per the diet, my only fruit is one reasonably green banana in the morning and no pastry other than my coconut flour oookies ( with 3 little envelopes of Stevia per 10 cookies and I have 3 a day..
3 pieces of 85% chocolate.daily. day, she says I may be suffering from hypoglycaemia. What do you suggest I do, as far as any amendment to my diet goes? Oh! I eat nuts and pistachios every day and being from the Med…olive oil is daily consumed by me on many things. I would greatly appreciate your advice on this. Thank you so much for your excellent diet to which I have now become accusdtomed.

How concerned should we be with plant sterols (plant based cholesterol molecule) from olive oil? plant sterols has been linked to blod clots, lowering LDL that is has increased mortality according to some studies on why low LDL is not good.

I recently discovered your channel dr. G and I believe it could change my health and weight.
I'm from Croatia and besides olive oil, most of us use pumpkin seed oil, it is dark purple/blue colour if you know about, I would like to know do you think if that is healthy oil, people around me make it with their own organic pumpking seeds.
.
And we sometimes use often home made pork fat in cooking or frying.
It would be great if you mention that sometime.

Thoroughly enjoyed.g this video. My Dad died at 104 and without the advantage of your knowledge he ate garlic cloves, onion, put olive oil on everything and loved egg yolks. 
I started Phase 1. I have not seen anything about black pepper. What are your thoughts on this?
