Thanks, Adam and @My Digital Marketing Journey, for the video. I've had my listing on GMB for over a year now, so I know how to do most of the setup mentioned in the video. Here's my issue I had with GMB a while back which got my account suspended and now I'm afraid to make any changes other than post photos and maybe some products. I received an email from GMB to update my holiday hours so I did and shortly afterward I received a message from GMB that my account was suspended and all I did was just update my hours.

I had to send several emails asking why this happened which took about two weeks to get my listing back up. So as you can see I'm nervous about changing anything at this point because of what happened. I would like to add more services, attributes, products, etc. because my profile is only 65% done.

FYI Here in New Zealand, due to Covid the postcards haven't been getting through in the mail, so Google has opened up verification to a phone number, either a text or an automated phone call.

and if so, how do you set it up for and Online business with no actual affress and phone number?

This is great for local businesses that also have their “keywords” in their company name. But, I haven’t found anyone who talks about how to use Google My Business go say agencies with mostly online type of work and/or their company name does not contain any word reflecting kind of work they do. Thanks for a well explained video. I am from India, Maharashtra, Mumbai. In Oct 2020, I have closed down listing on Google My Business (Tax Consultant Office). Now I am planning to start it again. But awaiting for Lockdown to get over because Post Card from Google may not reach my residence address, and Office premises is closed due to lockdown(CORONA). Whether Google sends Post Card in 2nd attempt (again), in case 1st attempt delivery is failed or not reached me due to lockdown (CORONA)? Otherwise I have to wait to get Lockdown is over.

Hey there - question for you. I buy apartment complexes that need a lot of renovation and work to improve the community. Typically when we acquire the property, they have a lot of bad reviews that we inherit because they're in rough shape. We then go in and renovate the complex and make it a great place to live which makes me think those reviews are no longer valid. Do you know if there's a way to eliminate those outdated reviews?
