Does Splenda or Sucralose raise our blood sugar, cause weight gain, affect our microbiome, cause headaches? I give you all the FACTS! I didn’t discuss cancer because there’s NO research showing any link there. Choosing/not choosing a sweetener is a personal choice which only YOU can make.
