I'm just a humble cook (I did get my certificate from Rouxbe!) who serves 4 adults with mental illness in my one and only foster home. My joke; "I don't own 15 to 20 foster homes and go to Italy for lunch. I only own one so I work all the time"...and I love to cook. These folks often end up in foster homes that serve a lot of hamburger helper, frozen pizza, frozen lasagna, and fish sticks and corn dogs. Been there. Seen it.
