Tasker Now - Best Android Wear Apps Series

Tasker Now is a plugin that allows you to use voice commands from your android wear device to activate Tasker tasks on your smart phone. It's free to download with a $1.20 in app purchase (which you need to pay for it to be actually usable). Using Tasker now you can essentially create your own Google Now commands and launch them from you android wear device.

I got a Moto 360 only a couple days ago, and I am loving android wear, but finding apps is difficult, so far you are the only android wear channel that is good.

Great, I am planning to get an Android Smartwatch with NFC. And use NFC tags around the house to activate and set up scenes. No more wiring for lights in my next house. Only power sockets running from bellow. Is there a wear NFC tasker app?

This plugin is great but do you know of a way to automate the watch itself with settings profiles like you have done for your phone with tasker (I already use tasker and trigger to automate my phone a bit)
i.e. for me the 'going to work' command could turn up brightness in both phone and watch, and maybe change to a difference watch face to see it more clearly (I work outside!).

Nice work - I'm wondering how popular android wear is with its limited functionality out of the box - adding all these apps makes it useful but for many that aren't tech savvy I can't imagine them bothering. Would like to see android work faster at developing this platform especially considering Apple watch is about to launch.

Be nice if there was a way to run the Task after the phone turns itself off for power saving reasons. Realy don't want to have to pull out the phone to be able to do this, such as a task of openeing my garage door that my phone can complete with Tasker

the app is a scam. after i paid for it i m suck on the original window where i am asked to pay for the app again. too bad Google allows scammers like this to operate. very very disappointed
