I think the easiest way not to drill through your headliner is just to have your employees take it apart inside the cab and then go ahead and put it all back together once it was done. That’s what my boss had us do anyway

Well you won't drill through the headliner! You'll just make the roof look like sombody drilled holes with a vice grip attached to the bit

Wireless technology has come a long way! Unless it's factory I wouldn't let anybody drill into my cab.

Question!!! To go from 5 to 9 cab lights do i just fill in the gap with lights?? Or do i haveto redo holes and patch up old holes???

My opinion…it’s easier to pull the headliner, and route the wiring neatly and correctly. You may save time, but if those vice grips were to loosen and damage something on the truck, it would cost you more in time and materials than if you did it correctly in the first place. Not saying what you’re doing is wrong per say but just way too much risk for me lol.
