If you don't have at least an RTX card, you'll be using your CPU, so gtx 1080, etc will be useless. A 3090 gets me 4 images at 1024x1024 resolution in about 26 seconds.

yeah, even after adding the skip torch cuda test to the user bat file, It still errors out with a runtime error. "C:\Users\blah\stable-diffusion-webui\modules\launch_utils.py", line 356, in prepare_environment raise RuntimeError(
RuntimeError: Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check

Whatever I do, the CPU is used instead of GPU.
Update: fixed by installing directML version
