Diablo 4: Which Edition Should You Buy?

Personally, the only people who should be buying early access are those who are content creators. Everybody else should be buying standard. What's the rush? You do the campaign and have 2 months to do it before season starts. There are people out there completing the campaign in record time so don't worry about being ready or missing out. Even the most casual player can finish the campaign in 3 weeks with only a few hours here and there. Remember you are only doing it to unlock your access to the season because whatever you do off season is erased once season starts. Also, you can always buy the higher editions after if you want the extra items. It will only cost you the difference between standard and whatever the price of the other you choose is and who knows, it could very well be discounted at Christmas so you would be saving money.

I know very little about Diablo, I only played 3 casually. I dont care about the cosmetic stuff. Is the ‘seasonal battle pass’ thing anything like dlc or is it just something to speed up earning cosmetic stuff?

100% the ultimate lol. its 95 dollars for the deluxe & like 105 for the ultimate.

The only tempting thing about Deluxe is starting on time, not 4 days late as set for "poor" people, because that's what Blizzard fucking does. They know this will sell more expensive versions of already expensive game. All the bonuses freaking suck like frankly I could not believe how bad they are, like jesus fuck...
