3k, the industry is out of hand. So sad to see such trend restricting the sport to an elite

Have you tested the Pace/Sensor4 combo both with and without the pornstache? I currently have no mustache but i can start growing one if needed. Thanks!

Definitely not. Kites cost way too much.

Built using cheap labor and charging the cost of a car. Makes sense.

The gold standard for kite content creation in terms of education/progression based information. It is very cool to see what a really well-made kite breakdown can look like!

Hey Mike, great video. How would u compare it to the new aluula Code from slingshot? Jeremy posting pretty intense videos. Is it Rider skill gap or why aren't other brands posting such huge 20m+ Loops with high catching. Would be interested in your opinion

while brands are seeking sales, Mike is looking for credibility. thanks Mike for your honest feedback.

Super cool video for comparaisons. Really good job !

But I really don’t like where the kite industry is going. 1500€ for a 9m was already a lot of money, and now it’s double. When the kite cost a dime to the brand, we shouldn’t encourage prices to go that high and it’s sad to see the sport getting more expensive each year !

Thanks for the unbiased review. I want to order an 8, 10 and a 12m and 2 sensor pro bars. Can you recommend a core shop?

IMO absolutely no kite is worth 3000€. But I agree with you about duotone. They are scamming people ahahah

Almost 10K for 3 kites quiver (with bar) add it a Carved Imperator and you get close to 12K…you may have the « best » gear available on the market but it is an insane price to pay…unless you are wealthy enough or a sponsored pro rider.
Don’t get me wrong I think it is fantastic to see new technology making kites lighter, stiffer, etc a real step up from traditional Dacron…it benefits to all level of riders but for now the price makes them to way too exclusive right now and I really hope this not road kitesurf industry goes in for the sake of the sport and audience.
Anyway thank you for your interesting video Mike.

So with this expensive kite you also need a expensive new bar. I think i am happy with my Ozone

Could a beginner use this kite? Not planning to do any loops yet. Was just offered one slightly used.

Your videos are insane! You have one of the best channels about kite in YouTube. Keep up the brilliant work. Cheers from Brazil. Wind is coming!

More than 4k total with its bar. No way I will ever buy a full quiver made of these kites. Do you know how many days can I buy on the water with a standard kite?! And I will improve more than with this kite just because the time in the water. 😂

Any insight on the 12m pace pro? I got the EVO DLAB 10 and DLAB 15 Juice, but the Duotone Quality has been haunting me, so I want to give the pace 12 pro a shot. 85kg and 1, 90 - advanced rider. Any thoughts?

I’m getting a quiver. 8 and 10 Pace Pro, wondering if I should get a 12 Pace or 13.5 XR for light wind

I've consistently heard that CORE kites are known for their exceptional durability, standing up to tough conditions over time. In contrast, Duotone seems to have a less reliable reputation, with frequent horror stories circulating about bar lines and quick release issues. Many users in the D-Lab community have reported needing repairs or even selling their kites due to these problems. It’s definitely something to consider when choosing between the two brands.

Super stoked to see the new bar. The Sensor 3 Pro was so close to perfection, but threw it all away with the 2-line flagout. Glad they forced their own hand with the pulley-less bridle.
