Totally in that bracket, 36 years old with two old rotator cuff injuries, acl reconstruction at the 20 and post injury meniscus problems. Surfing twice a week in CR, recovery is crucial for me. Big thanks on the reminder!!

Great detail and visualisation, as always. Helps a lot to focus at the correct position. Fixes my Shoulders and my lower back pain. My right shoulder often is lower than my left. After this exercise they are the same again.

I surf 6-8hrs on a good weak and I never post stretch.

Maybe this is why I tweaked my lower back opening a car door?
