Welcome back guys! As requested, I've got some of my favorite mobility exercises I do before surfing. These exercises were prescribed by Dr Thomas Allan (my incredible hubby). Remember to consult with a professional before completing anything like this.

I really like this one, I have arthritis in my left hip from ballet and flamenco. Amazingly I can do them all and I’m old!

I am recovering from L4/L5 surgery in January and this was great. 90/90 was still too much but the lunges and that last one really helped!

My hip mobility has become extremely limited. I get the feeling that a couple of these may not be possible for me……yet. I am sure gonna get out there and try though. Thank you

That first one, I can't really do the transition, and getting into on my left side I almost need a hand. Is there a stretch that I can do to make this easier?

And, that step through. I am tall and skinny. I can't do that. It is a bummer for my pop up. What stretches can I do to be able to lift my leg high enough so that my foot doesn't get caught trying to step through?
