Just hit 311000 on my 2016 Ram, original owner. Other than wheel bearings and general maintenance it's been a great truck

I feel more & more better about my 2021 Ram Limited with every video you upload as mine after a little more than a year owning it only has 6800 miles on it.
My 2008 Ram with the early 5.7 I had for 13 years after I drove the living Hell out of it, flooring it light after light, every onramp & doing a bunch of burnouts with the low 392 gears & never did it break down, only brakes, tires & batteries, that's it!

Tire wear… common on the air ride rams because they are typically aligned for the “Normal” ride height. When the truck drops to Aero the camber changes.

With as much driving you do you’re probably always in Aero mode, so might get it aligned while in that setting.

Glad she’s treated you well, love the ram and your series here!!

Just picked up a used ‘21 Laramie. Good to hear about the durability!

Glad to see your truck still running strong. I often refer naysayers to channel when they talk about Ram trucks being trash after 50K miles. I've owned 6 and only my '94 was awful with transmission issues. Your truck is likely one of the worst severe-duty trucks out there with all of the bells and whistles and it is still running strong! You'll have it for a while. The HEMI will run forever and the 8HP transmissions are bulletproof.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 limited and my steering wheel is the same discolored on the bottom section. I have 100k on mine. I thought maybe it was me or my hands. Glad to know it's not isolated.

175, 000 is unbelievable. What brand of engine oil do you use? I have a 2019 Ram 1500 with the Hemi, and there are mixed opinions as to what works best in the 5.7. Ram suggests PZ Platinum and that’s what I use. I would like to
do whatever I can to get the most miles out of this truck. Love your content and watch every video.

I would Recommend changing the tires. I changed mine when ghey looked like that and what a difference it made.

For the vibration, I'd start with taking off the wheel spacers. They're hard on wheel bearings, which are probably nearing the end of their life by now anyways. I'm glad to see your truck is doing good! I only have 47500 on mine, so I have a long way to go.

The only reason your Ram hasn't failed you is because of its fear of your powerful beard.

And yet.. here I am with my '11 having lifter/cam issues... at 185K. Some would consider that lucky. I feel robbed. Just got my truck back from the second shop, after 3 months. After getting on it a little hard one day, I broke a valve spring.

I replaced the plugs and coils hoping that would fix the misfire, and then ultimately found out about the spring. Then had 2 lifters replaced. Now the cam has to go, but that is questionable at best because a lobe was already worn, I potentially have shrapnel going throughout the motor. It is my only vehicle unfortunately, and at this moment I'm duking it out in 'grandpa mode' meaning, if I exceed 3000+ rpms, the truck will violently shake until I ride it out, or pull over.

Basically I still need a new motor, after 3 months of it being in shop. Not another part at this motor. Unfortunately I need the truck even more in the moment, so I am stuck with this almost paperweight. Just paid it off too, and put new tires on it. I've learned my lesson with local shops at this point, and may have to bring it to a dealer to get it right once and for all

Not gonna lie, I am envious right now.

'17 Ecodiesel with 89k on it and I've already had to replace....Nothing! Oil changes at 10k (very fussy about brands as this engine has had a lot of failures). Just got back from Wisconsin--75ish mph on the way out, 78 on the way back and averaged 29 mpg. Love the truck and really glad to hear that your suspension and brakes are holding up so well. Now, if I could only get more that 35-40k out of a set of

Interesting about the steering wheel... I bought a used 2019 1500 limited back in May(~55k miles) and that same 6-o'clock spot on my steering wheel is discolored just like yours. Thought it was from the previous owner, but sounds like it could be the material used in the section.
