Thank you Bob and Brad. 4 years ago, I stuffered from sciatic pain and couldn't afford to be seen by a doctor. I looked up your videos and it saved me from so much pain. The pain returned one more time because of restrictive clothing, but I followed your advice and it's gone. I often to some of the stretches you have shown and it gives me relief. I'm so grateful for your service to people like me who can't have health services easily.

Thank you sooo much for this video. I’m a side sleeper and my left hips & knees always hurt. I try sleeping on my back but always end up on my left side. I will try the pillow suggestion.👍🏾

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm a side sleeper and I've always slept with a pillow in between my knees, so it's good to know I was doing something right! I will for sure try the other suggestions to fix my alignment.

Thank you. I recently learned I have cervical stenosis and have so many problems sleeping. I wake up with shoulder pain, neck pain, numbness. I'm going to try these suggestions.

The best I've found is flat on my back, arms down at each side, palms down, fingers straight. Not too many pillows, gentle ramp, starting just above my shoulder blades. That lowest pillow is thin. The secret is a down feather pillow, very fluffy, that I smoosh around my head and under my neck, adjusting for that days aches. It stabilizes my head and neck. Nothing gets cramped or impinged in any way. I already know I'm going to wake up in a world of hurt from inflammatory arthritis most days. I don't need to add to it with poor body mechanics. Keep shifting and trying new ways until you find what suits your body the best. Also know that as your body changes, ages, and your weight changes you'll need to keep fine tuning for the greatest comfort and best sleep.

Good one! I've been doing the between the knees for side sleeping and it doesn't feel right if I DON'T use it now. I guess I gotta buy more pillows now.
