How to setup Display Scaling, works with all games [AMD/Nvidia]

This is updated version of my previous display scaling video.
Hopefully this video is more helpful then the last one. I tried to explain everything so everybody can understand.
Please listen carefully to what I'm saying, I'm not going to respond to comments like "You just bricked my 60hz monitor" etc. I explained every way of troubleshooting and reverting changes.

I need some help, when im trying to apply my new resolution and hz my asus monitor goes black then says out of range the goes back on and then my resolution and hz are resetting them selfs to the default ones ????

yo everything worked except I cant shut off gpu scaling in the amd software... I click it and nothing happens but all the other settings can change
