thanks! for an review. TJR, i, m buying the CD version to download to my i phone via my PC/CD player and i also enjoy listening to them
on my Bose multi-disc CD player on rare occasions. try to keep your CD purchase in individual sleeves to keep them safe when you, re not playing them too often.

10:11 totally agree. 100%. These Beatles box sets have been spectacular and all other band releases should look to them as something they could incorporate. I wish Pink Floyd box sets were more similar to Beatles box sets. But that's a whole other discussion

4LP+7" set for me. That sessions gatefold with the original cover concept of the Robert Freeman collage art is a thing of beauty. And all the session outtake titles sound fascinating. Being able to spin the original mono mixes on vinyl as released back in 1966 will be really cool too. It's my favorite Beatles album after the White Album, so I'm all in.

It's very odd to me that they didn't end up having 2xLP option where you get both the 2022 Stereo Remix & New Mono transfer, which is something I praise for what the new 2022 Remaster of John Coltrane's "My Favorite Things" did. I definitely believe that the folks over at Apple are very much aware of how much demand there is for a new mono releases, but decided capitalize by making it tied to a box set.

Thanks for the breakdown, it’s good to know the lack of the blu-ray, I wasn’t sure if I was missing it or not in the 5 CD Super Deluxe edition. It would be nice to have the blu-ray, if anything, for the sake of “completeness” and consistency with the previous releases.

Going with the vinyl first. I too have learned my lesson. Can't wait!! De-mixing tech is an evolutionary game changer. Imagine hearing, actually hearing the Shea Stadium or Hollywood Bowl. concerts. It's potential is mind blowing. Looking forward to your reviews on both sets. Cheers, RNB

Hi mate. Another great video. I will probably get the Super Deluxe CD box set. don't know why a few You Tubers are complaining about no Blu Ray Atmos Disc. my take is the recordings were done on 4 track setups in '66. Surley even with all the remastering one can only get so much from these recordings.

Even at 60 years of age a ‘new’ Beatles release is so exciting! Pre order for the 5 CD set already made. Incidentally in UK it’s almost impossible to buy Get Back Blu-ray now for less than £60. Buy it now before it’s too late

Can only hope a 5.1 Blu-ray comes available as a standalone release. In the meantime, settling for the 2CD version with b-sides and 40 page book instead of the super deluxe.

Thanks for this. A lot of other videos on the set didn't make it clear that the vinyl and the CD were going to be the same content. Wondering if that was the reason why there weren't more studio outtakes, so they can make both packages the same.

I'm 43 years old and I've been a Beatles fan since I was 15. Revolver is definitely my favorite album of theirs so I am tremendously excited for this release. I had my fingers crossed it was coming after the technological breakthroughs Peter Jackson made directing Get Back and after the BBC began releasing remixed 5.1 soundtracks of Doctor Who stories where the audio had been recorded by a fan off the television in the 1960s. That was a really big clue that source separation technology was getting to mind-boggling levels. Is nobody else over the moon to hear the new mix of Tomorrow Never Knows?

The main reason I always opted for the super deluxe editions is to get the hi res sound, preferably atmos. The quality of the music using Amazon intra HD music is a superior to CD quality, so for the first time, I'm not sure I will get any version. I say this now but I may still break down.
