So I had a coworker who asked me the craziest conspiracy, and I said lizard people. She quit the job the next day saying that coworkers didn't respect her beliefs. My manager talked to me, and my manager just started dying of laughter when I told her it was about lizard people. Truly my favorite reason a coworker quit.

More than 20 years ago I was at a psychiatric clinic and something happened there that stuck with me all that time, I have seen a young lady probably in her 20s sitting beside me for more than 45 mins normally and even had a small talk with her during that 45 mins, all of a sudden she jumped on a table and started screaming and crying hysterical “help me! Please help someone ” And she really looked very scared and her eyes was following something around the waiting area were we sat to the point were she even run on the sofas with people sitting on them trying to reach the window to escape “we were in the 4th floor”. She was seeing a dog that was appearing to her and following her in most places she visit trying to kill her. To me it was a person with mental health, to her it is as real as me sitting beside her ! Poor thing I really felt very bad for her and unfortunately I never knew what happened to her.
