Avocado toast is the perfect healthy breakfast option that keeps you energized. Its fast, healthy, and delicious! This recipe takes only 5 minutes and is perfect if you're on the go!

Ingredients:
1 Hass avocado peeled and pit removed
2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 lime juiced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 salt to taste
1/2 pepper to taste
2 slices of bread
2 eggs prepared to taste

Instructions:
1. First toast two slices of bread in a toaster for about 2 minutes until golden brown and evenly crispy.
2. In a small bowl, carefully add in the avocado, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and mash the avocado with a fork to combine well. Evenly spread half of the mashed avocado mixture on each slice of the toasted bread. Top with egg cooked to your preference if desired and a sprinkle of fresh chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes.
