Minder 80s tv programme starring George Cole & Dennis Waterman.
When Arthur Daley meets a philanthropic vicar who runs a social club for ex-convicts he greedily recruits them as cheap labour to build a garden rockery for a trusting client. Alas, they are not only incompetent but they are also robbing local houses, hiding the loot at the church. Chisholm is suspicious. Arthur and Terry have to think fast.

All the actors/characters in Minder were absolutely first class but I want to pay special respect to Chisholm. The timing and dour delivery was absolutely hilarious.

This one is a tour de force. Lovely cast when actors weren't just pretty boys but skilled character players who had learnt their craft over decades. I think they were so lucky with Malahide, he's doing a little masterclass portraying his frustrated uptight copper.
