World 1 Boss Guide - Idleon

Hey God of idleOn, i've been watching your videos and they've helped me progress alot in the game. There's one thing i found out about fighting this boss, and it's that you don't have to run for cover when Amarock raises his sword and hits the ground, you can stay and continue hitting him, and you won't take any damage because of that small gap you're in.(This is recommended for warriors because they are close range) I don't know if this was intentional, but it's helped me defeat this boss multiple times and it gives me more time to do more damage. Anyway, thanks for the amazing guides, Thanks to you, i made it to the desert. I'm looking forward to your next guides in the future :)

I got into Idleon a few weeks ago and thanks to this video I went from worried about fighting Amarok to being able to full auto him in just a few days.

Great guide, would also like to mention if you stand on the top platform to attack his arm he has the chance to do a different arm charge up attack that does around 3x the damage of when he shoots his arm out, got one shot by it. :D

TY! Somehow I died to this guy 4 times. I watched your video and killed him first try. I also unlocked iron, made my staff, increased my armor, equiped peanuts and average life potion giving me 195 max hp and 61 def as a glass cannon mage. Then meteors hit me for like 3, and the fist hit for 80 (so peanuts full healed instantly) and I think even the foot stomp hit me (because I suck) and it was fine.

0:54 you can be safe by closing the distance because that attack can’t hit you at melee range

You can completly dodge the weapon swing by standing as close to his legs as possible. Be aware of the uppercut on the highground as it onehits. You should be able to easily tank a stomp every 30 seconds ( thanks to foot) as long as you have copper armor, as the damage should be between 30 and 50. As GOD said you can basically ignore the fireballs as long as youre not on the edge of getting onehit with full hp. They deal 4 damage to me for example. The fist also deals around the same damage as the spikes. So you can easily ignore them and get a few more hits in as long as you are comfortable enough to not be hit 2 more times in the next 30 seconds.

Btw. the 1. point allows you to get thousands of damage in by just standing next to him as attacking him as he will use the swing really really often and you can just ignore it.

When he raises his sword to swipe I found you can just stay at his leg and it won't hit you

the fist and the leg are the only attacks that hit you if your attacking him right at his feet ( aka warrior or low reach ) so ya

I wanted to fight him my frist time as a warrior... didnt't realise I was supposed to beat him way earlier and he dealt me 0dmg with comets, 3 dmg with sword, and 27 with fist... I had 400 hp... and dealt him around 1000 per hit...

My first fight with him is as a mage which take over like 20 minutes just to beat him because he was spamming defense and healing blocks which took most of the time. But when my second characther fight him it went more smoothly probally because my warrior could deal more damage and i also know that he was gonna spam those stones.

you know you dont have to run away from the sword, if you just stand as close to him as possible he cant hit you with the sword

Also if you are using a warrior on the leg you can just stand there when he will swing his sword because your to close for itnto hit you

lol, you can sorta chese this boss with range if you attack his torso instead, his stop cant hurt you if your above hitting his torso so by doing so you avoid that, its replaced by a extramy high damage fist but if your range it compleltely misses you. your also closer to the heal and defence totoems for breaking them so thats helpful.
