The fact that there was only a few minor inaccuracies that were somewhat correct, whereas trump lies at "162 lies an hour" is really quite funny

I was just randomly recommended the fact check of Day 3 of the RNC and these corrections are night and day.

Here it's, "While that's accurate, there's some small details that should also be there for context."

At the RNC, it was, "That's straight up a lie. That did not happen."

I’ll never understand that people would accept the idea of a “temporary” tax cut for the regular folks while simultaneously giving a “permanent” tax cut to the rich. It’s outrageous. Worse, it’s insulting. Trump basically said if we give people a few slices of bread, they’ll let us take the bakery for ourselves.

Another fact I saw this morning: Between Trump and Biden, excluding Covid-19, Trump made 4.3 million jobs in 2018-2019, and Biden made 7.5 million.

I don't understand what you mean by "cherry-picked." He chose an arbitrary start date, but the data he used was not cherry-picked. He used all of the data from the time period he referenced. This also means that his data includes 3 Republican and 3 Democrat presidents. I guess you could make the argument that he should give them both 20 years, so going back to 1985, but that still leaves the score like 50-10.

Job growth may be governed by things beyond the President’s control, but that doesn’t stop Trump and Republicans from trying to bash Democrats with lies about job growth. So it is completely fair play for Democrats to present the true stats about job growth. 50 to 1 is a remarkable ratio.
