Saying 2 votes might as well be a lie, because she's framing it so that it sounds like in most places there were actually a difference of only 2 votes that would have swung the precinct.

On claim #4, I don't think it's fair framing to say they increased the amount of people covered when they charged people who didn't have it hundreds in taxes. It'd be like saying they increased voter turnout without saying by putting a gun to people's heads. #Voteordie
