Pete Cowen [Lesson] GForce Swing Trainer
Показать описание
Pete Cowen teaches many leading tour players who already have great Rhythm and Tempo, so why would he use the GForce Swing Trainer if that is the case?👇READ MORE👇
In this video I found Pete Cowen's teaching pro Luke Allen getting a nice demonstration using the GForce Swing Trainer, highlighting some golden nuggets on how he uses the GForce Swing Trainer.
If you already own the GForce then it is probably the best and most effective training aid in the world that money can buy. Since launching in 2016, Pete Cowen has been a massive advocate of the brand GForce Golf. But he does not use them for their basic use which is Rhythm and Tempo? So what does he use them for..??
Pete is big on the transition and delivery position, he says delivery position is the one common denominator all good players have depending on their shot intention e.g Draw, Fade, Low, High etc, they all get it into the correct delivery position for the intended shot they want to play.
Pete talks about equal and opposite hands which gives you clubface stability, grab a wet towel and squeeze the water out of it, then gran a club and do the same thing to the grip, you will stabilise the clubface more this way throughout your swing with this feeling.
I messaged Luke to ask him some questions about his lesson with Pete, here are the answers...
[Stu} Shaft pressure can you expand? is that the loading and unloading of the shaft described in a different way?
[Luke] Loading and unloading of the shaft is how it moves 3 dimensionally in the downswing.
[Luke] Shaft pressure is getting the hands into a good delivery position through impact to allow the shaft to unload through impact to pressure the ball correctly
[Stu] "Pushing pressure back down underneath your body's center" like if you were in a swimming pool with water waist high and you had a ball in your hands, transitioning down to delivery you would want to push it under the water and get it back under your body's centre for stability and hold it there??
[Luke] Correct
Dont forget to show your support and pick up a GForce Swing Trainer, the super flexible shaft will help you with Swing Path, Timing, Rhythm, Tempo and much more. Trusted on PGA tour since 2016 and used by Rory McIlroy and Pete Cowen and his team, it's the strongest most flexible shaft in the world, you can hit balls flat out..! The only USGA approved standard weight swing trainer in the world for improved timing.
