You make it look easy. Ive managed to land with ILS AP a couple times. But if you miss one “small” step in all of that, then it all falls apart. So Ive just not gotten to the point that Im really comfortable with the whole process. A LOT of steps for a newbie, only 8 weeks in. 😁

Good evening Mark. I have owned this aircraft for some time but do not fly it yrt. Very familiar with PMDG 737-800. Well, it's time to start flying this baby. Your tutorials are straight forward and clear. Thank you for your work.

Mark, as ever - awesome video. Finally last weekend, after purchasing PMDG 737-700 & Fenix A320 I've come over to MSFS from P3Dv4.5. It's been a head scratching jubilee weekend getting to grips with MSFS but your videos this morning finally helped me resolve the many issues. The silliest one being changing from lock to legacy - that one really caused me to doubt myself but then your suggestions to set profiles for the throttle quadrants so they're different on Boeing from Airbus really sorted another massive problem due to the Axis (Boeing) from Axis 0-100% (Airbus). Wow such basic stuff I've never come across from years of FSX then P3D; thanks so much. For me the Fenix has one major drawback - Despite their releases notes saying that in v1.02, the Sim-rate x2 was allowed, it ain't working so I flew my first flight from EGLL to LFMN in real time yesterday and again from EGKK to LFPG this morning. probably my favourite aircraft I've ever bought/flown but I really, really, really hope the Fenix team sort out the SimRate issue and their incompatibility with Toolbar pushback (had to remove that from Communities this morning after two sim crashes). last night I was set to give up on MSFS and go back to P3D but this video of yours got me thinking and your throttle quadrant video just made me realise the mistakes I'd made after decades of FSX/p3D assumptions. As ever - thank you so much good sir.

Ultimately I'd like to learn to fly this, but currently having way too much fun getting to grips with the smaller GA aircraft and just learning how to navigate and fly them properly. Taking on a bigger jet, although looks a lot of fun when you can do it as well and as coherently as A320 Sim Pilot (or similar) is a tremendously difficult under taking for a complete novice.

Excellent video, Thanks. I've been enjoying the FBW A32NX is not as advanced as the Fenix but is good enough and free. Mostly flying the PMDG though.

Great video. Quick question as i am still a beginner. When you reach Top of descent(white bent arrow) and you select the altitude, does the plane automatically descend or do you have to engage the Manage Mode ??

How do you stabilize a 777-300 in the air? It either keeps going up, or constantly down. It never follows the settings

Hello, I have a question, it turns out that in the display of the engines I get a warning that is the following: F/CTL L SIDESTICK FAULT and under that it says this CALIBRATE NULLZONES I already calibrated my levers from the MCDU of the plane, just like that the flaps and the spoilers so I don't know why I get that warning, I don't have a SIDESTICK I have the Honeycom Bravo Trottle Quadrant and I also configured the reverses through the FS2020, so my question is how can I deactivate those warnings so that they don't I get more?. Thank you so much.
