Cool but if the garlic isn't open in the pellet grill there, so the smoke can't really penetrate through the foil. Do you smoke it open first and then cover it or just like how you did it in the video covered the whole time? It's essentially just roasting it like an oven. Try leaving it half open and you'll get smoke flavor
