Ingredients:
For the marinade-
1/4 cup roughly chopped rosemary
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves of garlic (minced)

3 lb chicken butterflied

For the potatoes-
6-7 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed to a walnut size)
1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives (optional)
paprika and or Aleppo Pepper flakes to taste
