I made this one tonight.. Everyone loved LOVED it!! It does have a lot of salt in it but I think that may have just been me being heavy handed.. Next time.. and there WILL be a next time.. I am only going to salt and pepper the chicken as it shows, add salt into water for the gnocchi and then not salt the tomatoes after they are added into the pan with the chicken. I think that the starchy salt water that transfers over from the gnocchi pot, when scooping it out, will make the salt content perfect. Thank you for a most wonderful dish.. Everyone coming in to dinner said that the fragrance of the dish was heavenly!! cheri :)
