Mike and his guys started this patio project earlier this week and today we set our palisade steps. Now that fall is here they don't mind working Saturdays!

Good video I like how that turned out in the back On another note You know how to solve the problem with tools equipment coming up damaged, missing? You have your guys sign it out it's not like a hammer that's going to set you back a $1, 000 to $1, 500 if you have your guys sign out the equipment they run, tools that means nobody else gets in that unit but them, Any kind of expensive tools of the trade have them sign it out put their name on the job invoice then have them mark it out when they get back to the shop as long as you or one of your foreman's see that it is returned, You might not be able to get your money back out of them but you can hold them accountable 1, 2, 3 you're fired. We didn't play that game like you guys do today I'm 64 years old and I run several businesses just like that guys wanna beat up my equipment lose my shit they're gonna be held accountable 3 times and they get fired. You might laugh about it but who's pulling money out of their pocket right now to fix the equipment and buy new tools at your already bought that 1 time ha ha you are now I'm laughing. That is how you separate the men from the boys that go he he he he he the boss won't know. Hope you have a safe and profitable next week.

I really hope you were kidding when you said mikes paycheck is $1000. I have a position similar to mike. I work for Gibbs Landscape. I am a hardscape foreman. I clear $2, 700 weekly after taxes. I live in Georgia.
