I always liked the high end sparkle in the Mark Vs

The V is tighter here. I don't know if that's normal for a IV to be this almost fuzzy in the his, but I prefer the V all the way. Maybe just too much gain?

You have set the IV wrong way or u don’t know how to set it tight

Was this a Revision A Mark IV, because this demo the you made the Mark V sound slightly better although I suspect it had more to do with mic position or how you dialled it in. The Rev B Mark IV is superior to virtually all other Boggie products.

Their EQ could be matched better, and in that case the difference would be negligible. Nevertheless, thanks for posting!

Why are you using an attenuator here with the Mark IV only on 2.8, not even 3?? This makes no sense to me. The whole point of an attenuator is so you can crank the power amp.

The iv and iii, here, At home kills the v.

Mark V is the bastard child of the mark series. The IV blows it away.

Stealing your settings.

The Mark V sounds too thin here. Did you use Full or Variac Power? At what power were you running it? Are the settings shown the actual settings you used?
