Check your DNS Settings
If you cannot access any websites other than Google and its affiliates using your internet connection, there is a chance that changing your connection's DNS server to Google DNS addresses will fix the issue.
Commands are used in this video:
ipconfig/renew
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/registerdns

If all I can access IS Google, why would switching my DNS to Google let everything else work? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

This isnt working for me, I am using an Ethernet to type C adapter and here you can see that YouTube and google is working but any other site like speed test or steam are not working. How do I fix this?

I had this and also thought of DNS problems too. Strangely after trying all other solutions, I plugged in the Ethernet cable and all was OK. It was solved by deinstalling the adapter (in my case the WLAN, but could just as well have been the Ethernet) and reinstalling.

For me, the problem was with my laptop/network. Taking it between different workplaces and home, somehow it got the "DCHP not enabled for WiFi" error, even on windows 10. It didn't even SHOW this error at first. All I knew was that I couldn't access anything outside of google and youtube, I thought I was hacked or something. I tried connecting through mobole hotspot on my phone and THEN the DCHP error came up. I allowed windows network troubleshooter to automatically fix it and then everything worked again. Bit of a scare lol

We have an issue where the laptop is conected to the internet but the apps on pc that require internet are not working properly. For an example google browser works partialy, some websites like netflix and youtube they work just fine but when i try to open any other website they cant load and i keep geting the no connection error and when i try to launch steam or discord or any other app that requires internet they dont work either even though it is telling me that i am connected to the internet and the internet works fine on other devices. Today it hapened and after 3 or 4 hours of not working it fixed it self somehow and then it worked for some time like 3-4 hours and then again it happened and now its back like it was before nothing works. We already tryed a bunch of fixes that we looked up but noone of them worked laptop has windows 11 i hope that someone has an idea on how to fix this issue.

for me issue was something else means that only on the specific network i am facing this issue and on the other networks no issue is coming
on this network i can access only yt and google and on any other network i can do everything

Hi, I've tried your fix on my laptop, and it hasn't worked. Some sites load, but they take forever. I've just had a new router from SKY, and full fibre installed. All other devices on the router are all working fine. Only the laptop is very slow loading sites, or doesn't load at all. It worked fine until I got the new router.
