How to Compress videos using Adobe Media Encoder

Here is a tutorial on the most up-to-date way to compress your video files (make them smaller in file size), using Adobe Media Encoder CC 2018. This also works for the 2023/2024 version of the software!

If you have a video file that is too large in size but do not want to lose its quality or alter its dimensions then this this the quickest way to do it!

Thanks, my 1 min file created in After Effects was like 8 gb, I was like wtf!?? and then I realized that I need to compress, since I already had Creative Cloud, I used your tutorial and compressed it down to 61 .. mb!! More than 100 hundred times reduction in size without any quality loss!
