WOW....that was very interesting. Not that i'll remember much....but still..😁
I had my gall bladder removed 20yrs ago...and I since learnt how important it really is.
I'm trying to learn as much I can to manage taking ox bile to help. What I do know is to take it away from food...like 2hrs after. Would love to see a similar video about that process....!
You maybe have one...somewhere ?

Honestly ive looked at alot of biology channels on yt but Dr.mike teaches that he finished this hustle of mine(searching yt fr a good bio vid) and now i watch his channels videos and never have i ever seen someone teach this good
