Hey! Thank you for the video! I think my English reading experience is worth telling. I'm a book worm (I read about 60 books a year) but I tried books in English only last year. My first attempt has been "Wonder" (R. J. Palacio), which I found quite easy because I already read it in Italian. Same for The Animals' Farm, although it was a little bit more difficult. However, I really stepped forward when I wanted to read "Seige and Storm" (Leigh Bardugo) because the translation wasn't available yet. Even though I'd read the first episode of the trilogy in Italian, at first, it's been a MESS and I went through it only thanks to the translator on my kindle. But some weeks later, my best friend lent me her copy of the third episode. Being it paper book, it would have been hard to search every word I didn't know, so I just tried to get the meaning from the context. I finished the 500-pages book in about 4 days (I didn't had much to do during the last Holidays) and totally enjoyed it! I didn't even noticed it was in English! By now, if I can't find the Italian translation of a book or it's too expensive, I don't worry and I buy the original version. I'm so happy with myself for this goal I achieved and I hope other people will feel the same thank to this video! Aww yeah!
