Another tip here: you can place your fences through certain stuff as long as the first three lasers from the bottom up isn't obstructed. Also if you want to overlap fences in the same direction, place the node beforehand then connect it afterwards to add another layer of security

Something I’ve thought about would be to leave fences in plain sight and wait for enemies to break them. Keep the fencing menu open and you should see when fences have been destroyed. I don’t play Wattson much as she is not great on controller but I just had this thought.

Honestly I use her like a cc character. Instead of camping with her I block off large sections of open area to funnel teams where I want them works great on olympus when you have team mates who can draw agro just long enough to section off the team you're fighting

When fencing a door its most efficient to only place 2 nodes. In both of your examples(those are the only practical and actually doable ones) you still only need to break 1 node and for the triangle one, just break one node on either side and walk through the gap

Watson is goated, she just doesn’t get recognition because players avoid her fences instead of walking through them, which is kinda what you want

I’ve been a wattson main since season 2 and one tip I just recently learned is if you push your tactical to extend a fence and push L2 she will do a snap animation and retrieve the nodes quicker. It’s also useful if you want to quickly place the node somewhere else.

Another tip to add at the end of each video should be character playstyle should be adaptable to multiple characters as teammates, such as Caustic, Rampart, and Lifeline.

Th first tip can also be used at bunker on KC, close the doors and it will deactivate the fences. When someone runs up and opens the doors the trap will activate and snare them. You will hear it and can spin around to see what trap went off and push it.

You can just place one connection then reach it through the door

oh also here's a tip, when you see a crypto drone activating EMP you can pick up your fences before they finish their emp, same for caustic traps except for the fact that you can shoot them.

Two fence nodes is usually adequate to block off a regular doorway, just make sure to place the nodes as close to the wall as possible and far away from the entrance so it's more difficult to shoot.

If you're going through the trouble to triple fence a doorway, you might as well place your ult down and start spamming fences to hold the room down.

Remember that blocking a door is better to ward off enemies, if you want to get a knock, it's better to bait enemies into walking into your fences using the very first tactic in this short.

For the first tip you don't need to constantly hold the node you can pull out your gun but be sure you hit extend on the node when your holding that door with an enemy
