The real challenge when playing wattson is when you’re about to place the most perfectly placed pylon but you move a nanometer to the side and now you cant connect it.

each ultimate regenerates 250 shields, which means each ultimate accelerants equals 10 shield cell, and with one stack you have 20 shield cells. pretty darn crazy

I’ve been playing wattson since she came out, I often never use her abilities and always used her aggressively, getting 3rd partied in apex is actually my favorite moments when playing cause I actually get to use her abilities.

When running to go door heal, drop a node in a safe space a short ways back. When you door heal and the enemy goes to kick or just stand in front of the door, drag the node through the door to the other side and they’ll get fenced.

Last tip is golden. Having one small angle from which enemies can see ur ult with a node pre placed on that line of sight can get you free kills

Fencing exits and corralling enemies to said exits is my favorite thing. There was this one dude that ran into the same fence 3 times and downed themselves WHILE I was downed. It was the funniest shit I’ve ever seen.

As a person who's been a Wattson main since the day she was released, all of these tips are spot on. A lot of people think Watty is boring but pushing and completely zoning your enemies in a matter of 10 or 15 seconds is incredibly fun to play and incredibly scary to play against.

Another tip for playing wattson is if you're being chased try to lead the person through a place like a doorway then quickly turn around and fence it off then since they are so focused on chasing you they'll be so caught off guard by this and won't have an time to react and get hit by it then all you have to do is move away from where they're looking even the slightest bit because they can't turn for shit when stunned and you have a free kill

When you fence up a building it's okay to run outside. You have free access while the people chasing you have to avoid your traps. It can easily turn a fight around so long as you don't get shot by other teams.

you can use her ult against bangalore's ult, you can use her tact thru doors

I’ve been a Wattson main since season 4 (when I started) you can also use the ultimate to block doors and bullets if you have som ultimate accelerate’s to spare

I don't play Watson much but I play her like octane with malice I'll throw the ultimate for speed get some shots in and start blocking people off with the fences in a small area like a building or final circle this ground taking aggressive technique usually works out for me
