I hated ebike for the last 5 years, mainly because my crew hated it. Then after a demo, I saved up enough for 3 years to get one. It simply brings the joy of MTB x 10.

I can honestly say, Emtb's are the best thing to happen the mtb's in the past 20 years. Not even close. I raced mx bikes for years. Finally had to say enough was enough after 35 year and LOTS of surgeries. Now I'm over 50 so last year I bought a Trek Rail 9.7. Liked emtb's so much I decided to pull the trigger on another emtb this year and bought a 2021 Husqvarna HC7. Emtb's rule.

Unfortunately another use of an MT E-Bike, self rescue. Yesterday, I broke my leg Mt Bike when I crashed. I used my wife's e-bike to self rescue back to the truck and then hospital. I was able to ratchet the bike forward in boost mode with my good leg with my knee hanging free. I would have called for a rescue without her e-bike.

Having an EMTB is better than having indoor plumbing. At 72 I can go places on my EMTB I could never go before.

Definitely one of the best things I have purchased. Been riding MTBs since the 80s and, these are the future.
Also it is very addictive and, I have lost over 20# and am now in great shape. It's augmented reality and low impact

Great video guys!

I myself am an avid mountain biker, but have never really considered getting an E-bike. I'm in reasonably good shape and always thought these were for anyone who struggles with/doesn't enjoy the steeper climbs and rides...

However, I recently moved out to Spain and (due to Brexit complications) lost access to my driving licence.

So while I am learning to speak the language (which I also need to do before I can retake my driving test again here), I have been forced to buy one to help get me from A to B.

I honestly never knew what I was missing out on!! Not only are they great fun to ride, they allow you to commute much greater distances without ending up shattered when you arrive at your destination.

It has allowed me to still have my independence, while still having so much fun! But most importantly (like you mention in this video), I have completely reconsidered my impact on the environment by lowering my carbon footprint. In a time when we should all be far more aware of our impact on the planet, this was a huge deal for me.

What a game changer. I'm hoping I never climb back in my car again now! 😂👍

Agreed with EVERY point in this video. I love my Levo, ride it at Bike parks, on the trails and commute every day (even in the winter). Sold all my other bikes and replaced it with this one. Really ... do it... just get one if you can.

And the main reason when your 61 years old like I am it really does make those hills a lot easier.

Absolutely love my eMTB. The ease of cycling with the various assists is fantastic. Due to knee problems I could barely do 5 minutes on a regular MTB, but can now do a couple of hours on the eMTB. Cannot recommend highly enough. And for all the eejits that think it’s cheating, it’s you but on a good day! LOL

I bought mine following a hip replacement and not being ready to stop riding. Glad I did such a load of fun.

Great reasons and I have sent it to my riding buddies who are my age and still on 'pushbikes' and struggling!! I like the reference to riding tracks you've not ridden true!!!

I was surprised how well my turbo levo corner. I thought the extra weight was gonna be a hindrance but it helps with the descent.

Best thing Ive done, at 49 years old with bad knees, my turbo Levo has given me a whole new lease of life and I can now get out there and go places my other bike just wouldn’t get me to. I honestly feel it’s taken 20 years off me and they are incredible fun, I absolutely love being on it. Yes they are expensive ( I paid more for my ebike than I did for my daughters car) but that’s the only negative I can think of, and there are ways to make the thought of spending a ridiculous amount on money for a bike seem less of a hurdle, but once you press that button, it opens up a whole new world of fun and you may need surgery to get the smile back off your face. My advice to anyone thinking is, just do it, your only on the planet one time. See you at the top
