How did you remove the silver box controller to get the dual battery black box inside the tiny cavity when attaching the second battery?

Rattan Sucks, horrible customer service. If your bike has multiple issues, the will stop taking accountability and make you pay for any parts, even within warranty time. My Quercus had issues from day one, Battery issues, shorted controller, password glitch (i only use one 4 digit code), seat post bends (cheap) brakes worn down(cheap), bubbles in tire sidewalls (cheap)
