It is just me or bucky on the endgame, realized Steve was planning on something, because when he said "I'll miss you buddy" his expression and in his voice, it's sounded like a 'goodbye for now friend'? It's just like he sounded so sad cause his best friend was going to be away for a long time.

And in the end, when Steve said: "cause I'm with you till the end of the line"

Bucky's reaction was so sad, like he realized something from his past, something he said for a special friend. He looked so confused and shocked like some part of his past himself stopped him from hurting his best friend. I think somewhere in his mind and heart, he just said 'Steve?'.

I really hope that in the series theyre going to explore the fact that Bucky probably has major PTSD and now without Steve there's no one left who he can relate to and knows what hes been through. I mean soldiers leave the war with PTSD anyway and bucky was made into a hydra operative and pretty much enslaved for almost 50 years

They were always protecting each other, and they both did anything to be there for each other. This is true friendship and love between two brothers. This is why this is such a good song for them.
