I've been wanting to vid them to this song for over a year but I was never able to get the tone quite right. This song is one of my favourite songs of all time. It'll always be my Patroclus/Achilles song but Steve/Bucky is close enough ;)

This song is heartbreaking; pair it with Stucky and it's just plain devastating. Steve's "I'm not gonna fight you" to Bucky followed by him raising his fists and saying "I could do this all day" to the bullies and Tony was brilliant. He's only ever dropped the shield for his best friend.. /*cries*

woah! you did such a good job establishing grief and dread, particularly around 2/3 into the vid.
i always love seeing creative uses of parallels in fanvids. just when i think i've seen everything in Stucky vids, someone surprises me. that "he's my friend"/"can do this all day"/"little kid from Brooklyn" scene was fantastic.
