I tried on the browser, my computer, and my ipad and none of them showed add profile...

Edit: so if you can’t do it you probably have maximum accounts so delete an account you don’t need and you should be able to add profile.

I'm so perplexed how hard this is to find: I just want to add people to my shared account without having to give them my password. Can't they log in with their own Netflix account and enjoy me adding their email address to my list of profiles I pay for on my 4-person family account??

If you guys wanna change from kids profile to regular profile install Netflix and then delete one profile and then again add, it works after that 🤗💗
