Great video! Had a doubt...Can we install different software on both accounts? And different versions of the same software on both accounts? Eg: I wanted to test if version 3.2 of xyz software is running fine/bug-free, can I have ver 3.1 on one account and install ver 3.2 on another account? Would both work fine independently?

How much extra storage space can one expect to be used up for a new user before adding files into that account?

What about privacy between the 2 accounts? My friend bought a mac and he’s obviously admin. I want to create an account on his mac, i would be admin too. We both have our own apple id with private information, pictures and so on. Would all of that stay privately in each account or would we have access to the other persons data since we are both admins?

Question, I recently purchased a used MacBook Pro from a pawn shop and normally the pawn shop employees are supposed to delete the administrator information before accepting the computer. They didn’t and now I cannot delete the previous administrator’s username and password because I don’t know the password. I can’t get into the find my Mac feature without the old password. Is there any solution to bypass the password to delete the other administrator? I’ve tried many of times but to no avail unsuccessful. What should I do?

Hi, I accidentally overlooked suggestions and ended up creating a new user after transferring files to my new mbp through migration assistant. I was just testing it out by migrating a small file but it ended up taking ages so I cancelled it. But now that I log in there's a totally new account with new login password.

I cannot find it in the users location in the system preferences. How do I delete it and go back to the previous user state I was in 15 mins ago? I'm freaking out freaking out
